Each of our instructors and staff members go through on-going training and instruction in the art and in new and innovative teaching techniques so that they can be complete not lacking anything when it comes to providing elite training in the martial arts. Christina Phillips Mrs. Phillips began in the Martial arts at the age of sixteen and started training with Karate International in 2008. She holds a second brown belt in Sanshinkai Karate and is also ranked in Kempo Karate. A strong competitor, she has received several medals and trophies in sparring, weapons and kata. In addition to karate, she holds a Certification in Medical Assisting and CPR for infants to adults. She is avid in maintaining good health as well as physical strength, through training both her body and mind. Her primary focus has been working one-on-one with children with special needs and learning disabilities. The patience that she exhibits with our students is truly a gift and shows her desire to see them become both champions in the martial arts as well as in life! |
